Our standard advisory fee is based on the market value of the assets under management and is calculated as follows:

| $4,000,001 – $7,000,000 | 0.70% |
| $7,000,001 – $10,000,000 | 0.65% |
| $10,000,001 and Above | 0.50% |
* subject to a minimum quarterly fee of $2,500
